If you have any of the following conditions, you can not get tattooed or may need to consult with your doctor: 

  • Under the age of 18 years old 

  • Pregnant/Breastfeeding 

  • Rosacea

  • Cold sores

  • Keloid or hypertrophic scarring

  • Used Accutane within the last year 

  • Allergies to Lidocaine/Benzocaine 

  • Undergoing Chemotherapy 

  • Have an Autoimmune disorder or difficulty healing 

  • Diabetes

  • Any heart condition

YOUR APPOINTMENT

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

During your appointment, 7 essential steps are part of lip blush, powder brows, lash line enhancement process:

 

THE CONSULTATION

​

A full consultation is carried out during the initial appointment, and heavy emphasis is placed on understanding your expectations.

All clients are required to fill out a health history form before ensuring their skin and health are in good condition before beginning treatment.

 

If you have an ideal shape and color in mind, please bring a couple of reference photos to your appointment. 

 

BEFORE PHOTOGRAPHS

​

We photograph our work before and after the treatment for many reasons, including client records and insurance. 

Before and after photographs are also necessary to assess your healed results during the perfecting session.

We respect the privacy of our clients and will not use photos on social media without your consent. A photography release form will be provided to you if you agree to share your beautiful results with other people.

 

EYEBROW, LIPS, LINES SHAPING/CLIENT APPROVAL

​

Shaping correctly is the foundation for achieving perfect results for your procedure.

We will use a waterproof pencil to draw the initial measurements and customize the shape to fit your facial features.

We do not move forward with the treatment until receiving your approval of the design. 

 

NUMBING

​

Topical anesthetics are used to numb the area treated and be allowed to absorb into the skin for 25 minutes.

Even after the topical anesthetic has been used, there can be minor discomfort, but most clients report feeling little to no pain.

During this time, we will go over the after-care instructions and healing process with you. 

 

ARTIST

 

During the Permanent Makeup process, your artist will use a digital handheld machine to implant the pigment into your skin. 

 

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

​

We remove excess pigment from the treated area, take after photographs, and apply a barrier cream to your new makeup.

 

Your touch-up appointment will be scheduled for 4-6 weeks later.

 

Please allow 2-2.5 hours for all appointments.

STUDIO POLICY

At this unusual time, we have adjusted OUR STRICT POLICIES to accommodate the living with COVID-19.

Our cancellation & rescheduling policies are more lenient due to these new circumstances!

Please note: One thing that remains the same is that all DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Definitely consider this before you book in with us! Rescheduling due to illness or contact with someone who's recently been ill is encouraged.

ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ARTISTS DISCRETION

TOUCH UP PRICES ARE FOR REGULAR CLIENTS THAT HAVE ALREADY HAD THEIR FIRST 2 PROCEDURES WITH US

DEPOSITS

 

A $100 deposit is required to book an initial appointment, and a $50 deposit is required for a touch-up.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment with NATA-SHA! If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do it by sending us an email or giving us a call any time up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment. 

Appointments occurring within the next 48 hours (24 hours for annual refreshers) may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. 

 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

RESULTS

​

Healed results will vary with each individual client. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. A minimum of two sessions is strongly recommended, and in some cases, additional touch-ups may be required. These procedures are not intended to replace the use of makeup products but to enhance individual features. All risks and uncertainty of the processes involved in cosmetic tattooing are agreed upon and understood by the client before booking an appointment.

At the time of your appointment, if it is clear that this concept is not understood by the client and there is uncertainty or a sense that this is an impulsive decision, we reserve the right to refuse the service, and the deposit will be forfeit.

​

TOUCH UPS

​

If your touch-up session is scheduled later than 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure, additional charges will be applied. 

​

COVER-UPS. (Previous permanent makeup)

​

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo before booking your appointment. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. PRE APPROVAL IS REQUIRED!

 

LATE ARRIVAL

​

If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will have to reschedule, out of courtesy to our artist and clients. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in losing your deposit, and you will be required to pay another deposit to book a new appointment.

​

RESCHEDULING

​

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours (24 hours for annual refreshers) notice is needed. If you attempt to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours (24 hours for annual refreshers) window, you will lose your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. You are allowed one reschedule. Multiple reschedules will require new non-refundable deposits. 

 

REFUNDS

​

There are no refunds on work done at NATA-SHA Studio.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit / Debit Cards/Cash - PAYPAL - are accepted. No personal checks!

COVID-19 POLICY

​​

  • Mask required by clients and artists at all the time. Please arrive masked, and we will give you a fresh, sterile mask for the duration of your procedure.

​

  • Hand Sanitizing upon entry is required, as well as phone wipe downs. 

​

  • Please arrive with minimal personal belongings, and no guests are allowed at this time.​

​

  • We will email all consent forms and aftercare to you several days before your appointment; please read them carefully; you can fill out them on the day of your procedure.

​

  • Everyone’s temperature gets taken upon entering the studio (including artists). If anyone has a fever, we’ll have to reschedule. If you’ve been in contact with anyone who’s recently been ill, please let us know. We will reschedule, and you won’t lose your deposit!

​

  • Appointments will be spaced further apart to allow for full studio sterilization between the clients. 

​

  • We keep up with our medical grade cleanliness protocols and use extra PPE to keep us all safe.
