CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that cancellation will result in a loss of deposit. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours (24 hours for annual refreshers) notice is needed. If you attempt to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours (24 hours for annual refreshers) window, you will lose your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
